Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 April 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SensIn, including guest-mode usage, authenticated workspaces, and paid subscription features. They are written as a practical baseline for the current product and should be reviewed with legal counsel before production launch.

Operator Identity

References to SensIn in these Terms refer to the current operator of the service, Fadli Khalid, unless and until the service is transferred to or operated through a future registered business entity.

For support or legal-contact purposes, you can currently reach the operator at fadlikhalid91@gmail.com.

Use Of The Service

You may use SensIn only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate business or personal invoicing-related purposes.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the content you create, upload, store, or send through the service.

Privacy And Data Handling

Your use of the service is also subject to the SensIn Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is handled across guest mode, account-backed storage, and billing flows.

SensIn uses anonymous usage analytics for product-operational measurement and encrypts sensitive company/customer profile fields plus sensitive invoice/quotation payload fields before persistence, as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you upload or enter personal data relating to other individuals, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, notices, and legal basis to do so.

Accounts And Guest Mode

Some features may be used in guest mode with browser-local storage, while other features require an authenticated account and workspace.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions, Renewals, And Cancellation

Paid features may be offered on recurring monthly or yearly billing terms. Subscription state, renewals, and cancellation timing are determined by trusted backend billing records and Stripe billing events.

If self-serve billing management is available, plan changes and cancellations may be handled through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period when cancellation is scheduled at period end.

Fees And Refunds

You agree to pay applicable fees for paid plans. Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated by SensIn, fees are non-refundable once charged.

Taxes, currency conversion, processor fees, and payment method rules may be applied according to Stripe or other payment-provider requirements where applicable.

Acceptable Use

You must not use SensIn to violate law, infringe rights, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or misuse billing, authentication, or storage systems.

SensIn may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms.

Availability And Changes

SensIn may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time, including feature limits, pricing, plan structure, and technical integrations.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.

Intellectual Property

SensIn and its branding, software, interface, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. You retain rights in your own content, subject to the permissions reasonably needed for SensIn to operate the service.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SensIn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

You remain responsible for reviewing invoices, exported documents, tax treatment, and downstream use of information created with the product.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. SensIn may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or material breach of these Terms.

Termination or cancellation does not automatically remove records that SensIn must keep for billing, fraud-prevention, backup, audit, or legal compliance purposes.

Changes To These Terms

SensIn may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product, pricing, operational, legal, or regulatory changes.

The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
